Camp Quality first teamed up with the Get Fit Give Back campaign a couple of years ago after connecting with the Lane Cove Aquatic Centre. Since then, the partnership has blossomed beautifully, expanding from a single location into a nationwide footprint across multiple BlueFit sites. Dedicated to supporting children and families navigating the challenges of a cancer diagnosis, the organization found the campaign to be a perfect alignment of community spirit and corporate support. “We're so excited to be involved in such an engaging program that can bring together the community whilst also raising important funds for our organization,” the team shares.
The funding raised through this collaborative initiative flows directly into the charity's essential recreation programs, giving families a vital lifeline when they need it most. Specifically, these community-driven resources help power Camp Quality's signature Family Fun Days and Family Camps. “These programs were an amazing opportunity for our families to take a break from the cancer experience and to create some positive, happy memories together,” they explain.
Witnessing how seamlessly local fitness goals can transform into joyful, real-world relief, Camp Quality enthusiastically encourages other organizations to get involved. “It's been such a fun way of engaging the community whilst also raising such important funds," they add. "We want to extend a huge appreciation to the BlueFit Foundation and to every Australian community member that signed up and nominated Camp Quality to receive a donation. It really makes such a huge impact for us.”
